There are some people who thrive on a challenge and Petrina Sbordone is one of those people – a great skillset when you’re the Office Manager at a fast-paced real estate business.
Joining the team back in 2018, Petrina started as a sales/campaign administrator and then word got out of her skills. Before long she was assisting everyone in the office – so her current role was a natural evolution.
Petrina already had a 20-year background in a customer service role before making the move into real estate and says it’s a crucial aspect of her job that she still enjoys.
Blessed with an analytical brain, she loves the variety of the role and ensuring the flow of the real estate process from pre-listing through to settlement. There’s no doubt that clients, along with the team, are in good hands.
“The level of service I provide, is of a quality that I would expect myself as a client, therefore my dedication to my customers and our team is of the highest priority. If I have made someone’s day a little easier, then that’s the best reward I can ask for,” Petrina says.
The office go-to problem solver, Petrina also employs the same skillset at home in Gawler East, where she lives with husband Carmine, their three gorgeous boys and the family’s Cavoodle pup, Lanber.
Blessed with a strong, extended Italian family, her cooking skills are often appreciated when the local family has regular catch ups and weekends are also spent shuttling the teenage boys to sport activities.
A self-confessed cheese lover, Petrina likes nothing more than to relax over an antipasto board and glass of wine, so her proximity to the Barossa is ideal – she names Rockford Winery and Vintage Chef Co at Lyndoch’s picturesque Chateau Yaldara as among her favourites.
